Dental bonding is a very easy and often cost-effective way to address small smile problems. Our dentist can use bonding to fix a chipped tooth or improve its shape. Bonding can also be effective for closing the gaps between teeth or for addressing severe tooth discoloration.

Our dentist can complete this treatment in a single visit to our office. In most cases, no anesthetic is required, and usually, there is very little that needs to be done to prepare your tooth for a bond. The dentist will take a composite resin and mix and shade it so that it matches the color of the rest of your smile. Then, the resin will be applied to the affected area of your tooth and shaped to maintain the tooth’s appearance. Once the resin has hardened, our dentist will shape and then polish the resin to strengthen the bond and help it to blend seamlessly.
